The Dandenong Ranges has an abundance of birdlife and animals that can be found living in their native habitat.

Many of the birds happily co-exist with the local residents and can be seen and experienced all year around.

Over the past year, Karl has spent countless hours, in all sorts of weather and times of the day to capture on film many of our local birds and animals; many are actually filmed on the property at Monreale.

The rainforest surrounds of Monreale are a natural draw card for many species of bird and animal, Karl's photographs capture them in their normal habitat, surrounded by majestic Mountain Ash and picturesque tree ferns.
