This retreat is an intimate apartment style accommodation with two bedrooms.
Getting there
After you leave reception, you follow the directions along a stairway path, to an open courtyard.
The country house has (over the years) had a number of major extensions, which has evolved into a three story country house building built on a sloping hill.
Each level of the building is built into the sloping hill which effectively means that each level has a ground level entry and verandah.

Our 100 year old country house was recently renovated for a last time to bring it back to its glorious guest house days.
We completely renovated the entire interior two years ago; however we ensured that the external building elements looked the same as they would have back in the 1900's.
We removed the staircase between the mid level and the top level and turned this floor (that had previously featured a number of very small rooms into a spacious comfortable apartment.
We retained a period style that reflected the B and B atmosphere from the early 1900's.
The cosy verandah at the front door overlooks the original courtyard and gardens.
When you enter the apartment you are struck by the special intimacy of this very romantic period.
The lounge, dining and kitchen are designed as open plan living, with a doorway through to the two bedrooms.
We have retained the open fire place which adds to the warm and cosy feeling of this special apartment.
The lounge room has two spacious comfortable lounges and cushions.
The kitchen is equipped with; gas hot plates, electric oven, microwave, fridge and the usual cutlery, dishes, glasses, the kitchen area has kitchen cupboards, sink and dining table.
The main bedroom has a King bed.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed
The private ensuite/bathroom with toilet comes off the lounge room.
Air-conditioning, mood lighting, all the entertainment equipment you need such as TV,DVD's etc are on hand for your enjoyment.
A romantic dinner hamper delivered to your cottage is the finishing touch to your dream experience.
The cottage has a mini bar for your convenience, a large selection of videos at reception and has access to laundry facilities and public phone.
The car park is deliberately kept a short distance at the bottom of the garden to ensure those precious morning sleeps remain undisturbed.
